News: Justin Lin Drops Out Of New Terminator Movie

There hasn’t been a good Terminator movie since Judgment Day, we all know this. If Christian Bale at his most gravelly voiced and pumped can’t do anything for your franchise, you know you’re up poop creek without a shovel. Still, this hasn’t stopped producers Megan Ellison and Austrian Oak Arnold Schwarzenegger trying their very bestest to get a fifth film off the ground. Hoping to get it into production by the end of 2012, their plans were dealt a blow. No, not by the End Of The World, but by director Justin Lin dropping out to make the sixth Fast And The Furious film.

*cough*

Yeah, you heard. Justin Lin, that massive name in Hollywood cinema, would rather make the sixth Fast and Furious than a Terminator movie. If that doesn’t tell you the series is dead in the water, I don’t know what will.
