News: There’s Money In The Banana Stand – Arrested Development Getting A New Series
Annyong! Let’s cut the crap and get to business – Not only is there gonna be an Arrested Development movie, there’ll be a new series too!
Yeah, you heard right – Just this moment announced at The New Yorker Festival during a special cast reunion, Arrested Development creator Mitchell Hurwitz revealed there’ll be a new season of the show comprising of nine or ten new “where are they now?” episodes, each catching up on a member of the Bluth family since the show finished five years ago. They are intended to give context to the upcoming events of the film
It’s said that shooting for the film should start in summer 2012, and the new season should air in Autumn/Fall. Hopefully. Fingers crossed for this one.
