News: New Poster For Wes Anderson’s Moonrise Kingdom
Wes Anderson’s films have always had distinctive posters. Rushmore and The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou stand out in particular. I absolutely love them and I feel the same about the new poster for Moonrise Kingdom. It has a fairytale sense of wonder coupled Anderson’s (un)usual charm. Here’s hoping that it perfectly represents the film.
Speaking of which, Moonrise Kingdom has been chosen to open the Cannes Film Festival, the world’s biggest, on 16th May. Starring Edward Norton, Bruce Willis, Bill Murray, Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton and Jason Schwartzman, it is due to open in the UK on the 25th May.
