It’s the one hundred year anniversary of Universal Pictures. If you’ve watched any of their films recently, it’s hard to escape the fact. The recent release of Jaws on Blu-Ray takes nearly sixteen years to begin for all the Universal promos banging on. Skip it? Yeah, you think you’re getting the movie and then they trick you with ANOTHER clip of a film you don’t want to see. I want the shark, not Robert Redford. I know, I’m being harsh, but don’t bug us with other films when we’ve paid good money for this one. The Bourne Legacy poster claims “There was never just one”. We know this. We’ve seen the Bourne trilogy. Those assassins sent to take Jason out after his memory problems? It’s truly exciting year for those of us who love our action-packed spy thrillers.
