You may not know Christopher McQuarrie is but, if you love your films, I guarantee you’ve seen at least one thing he’s be involved with. Most famously he wrote the brilliant The Usual Suspects. Yep, that big twist we all love so much was down to him. He’s also been in the director’s chair. Once. He wrote and took the reins of The Way Of The Gun in 2000. Featuring a cast of nasty, despicable, and truly unlikeable characters, it was vastly underrated and deserved a bigger audience. I really should cover it for Cult Film Corner.
